Advantages

METLASER’s 200W pulsed laser cleaning system offers excellent mobility, a compact and lightweight laser head, convenient parameter adjustments, and support for wireless control. It effectively removes rust, stains, oil, coatings, and other contaminants from workpiece surfaces. This system is widely applied across industries such as mechanical processing, mold cleaning, food processing, and electronic circuits. Its precise positioning capability allows it to meet the cleaning requirements of various shaped workpieces while maintaining high efficiency.

 

The laser cleaning system leverages the advantages of the MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) architecture, utilizing a 200W pulsed fiber laser as its light source. This MOPA fiber laser features an adjustable pulse width and repetition rate, enabling consistent high-peak power output regardless of changes in pulse width or frequency. These characteristics make it highly versatile and suitable for a wide range of cleaning applications.
